On Being Blacklisted

I finally received my Sephora Black Card after months of wait. I reached my 250 points in November last year but only received my Black Card recently. The customer service of Sephora sucks.

Note: The card comes personalised with my name and card number which I have taken liberty to edit out of the photo.
