Today, I'm grateful for:
1. Having the time to attend an online webinar
2. Having the energy to go for a run after work
3. Doing a quick exercise routine after my run
4. Having the talk with Idz
5. Having a cool shower after the run & workout
6. Having the complaints as it makes me reflect on how I carry out my work
7. Being able to go for a run when my brain feels challenged.... I've got to do this more often
